Rudy this AM on Comey saying Trump told him to back off Flynn. “The reality is as a prosecutor, I was told that many times. Can you give the man a break. Either by his lawyers ... by friends. You take that into consideration but that doesn’t determine not going forward with it.”

Even more when he is POTUS. Meese tried to tell Rudy not to follow Supreme Court precedent when Rudy was US Atty and Rudy told him to do something anatomically impossible. It is astonishing that I remember that and Rudy doesn’t. It was perhaps his shining moment as a prosecutor.

Not that we don’t have much worse things to worry about than a sense of betrayal. Much much worse.

That’s a lot of capital letters! According to Trump’s take on Twitter posts... it’s for “emphasis!” 😂

This makes me wonder, as a prosecutor, how many times was Rudy paid (not only told) to back off a target of an investigation?

Really? You take into account what a criminal’s friends tell you when determining whether to go forward on a prosecution? 1/2

I think sometimes people i.e. Giuliani, etc, forget that Trump is the president...not a friend, or some rogue family member. So this is obviously obstruction.

Rudy’s job is to paint the investigation blue & call it political. He’s enjoyed some success as he’s backed by The Ministry of Propaganda, Fox State TV. The overwhelming majority support the investigation & expect it to be concluded. Propaganda is Rudy’s game now. Not honesty.

The only way this analogy works is if Rudy's boss told him to back off of an investigation into one of the boss' closest associates and then fired him when he refused.

Really Rudy, did you ever have a President ask you to go easy on a traitor? What a ridiculous statement. BTW, were you told that, or were you asked that? Sounds like you were at a water cooler listening to actual lawyers who "told" you about real 'lawyerin' stuff.

It fascinates and amuses me that Rudy and Trump repeatedly confirm that Mueller has no case, as he has presented no evidence, therefore the investigation should stop. Has anyone ever known the prosecutor to present evidence to the public prior to indictment/trial? Seriously???
