Big business sides with Corker over Trump on tariffs: “This modest proposal to clarify congressional prerogatives is welcome and long overdue,” US Chamber says

Corker to me on Senate GOP on tariff plan: "I understand there's a fear-- fearful of the president, let's be honest. .. On policy grounds, they strongly support this. But there are concerns about countering the president by some. ... But there's no doubt of fear there."

Congress is afraid of Trump because they know once they stand up to him he will go to war with the GOP, it will be mutual destruction, & eventually they will be forced to impeach. It is written.

It's only a matter of time before that happens anyway. I suppose the difference between then and now is whether or not Congressmen and women want to have any dignity left when it's done.

So who are the ones fearful of this President? They should be voted out of office for not representing the people!! Once again Republicans admit to not governing simply bc they are afraid of Trump!! Let that sink in people. You should be ashamed @SenBobCorker

@SpeakerRyan and @SenateMajLdr are very, very frightened of Trump. Neither one will ever go up against him no matter what. Trump then party then country.

But Ryan is already leaving. There’s something deeper here. I’m hoping Mueller’s on to it, too. We need to scrape all the muck away.

I think @SenBobCorker was referring more to republicans that are NOT leaving office? Of course Ryan & Mitch aren’t on board, they are true obstructionist. This is why we should demand @SenBobCorker reveal those names. And yes, scrape away the muck & sludge. #TeamMuller

We have three SEPARATE branches of government for a reason! It is the job of Congress to act as a check and balance of the other two branches. If any GOP members are not acting as a check/balance out of fear of the Executive branch, they are NOT doing their job and need to go.

Why are they so afraid of the president? Surely these politicians are aware that Trump has the lowest approval rating of any president, ever. The public is wholly rejecting Trump. So, I guess they're scared of tweets? Come on people.
