    At Global Fund for Women, we know that change comes when the people who are affected and impacted take charge. We support movements acting to abolish FGM in their own communities because they know it is a harmful traditional practice.

    For International Day to , we celebrate the work of , a grantee partner in Mali. Through info sessions on ending FGM/C & child marriage and peer ed training, communities in the Kayes region are abandoning these practices.
