Flagged mailbox in 10.12 Apple Mail: number in sidebar shows 2 messages, 5 messages actually shown, 3 of them actually flagged.

@mjtsai Sounds about right. Because using spotlight for mail searches makes so much more sense than, say, an existing sqlite3 database.
