@owensd Unless I missed something, @testable builds should always allow subclassing.

@jckarter exactly, so you can always subclass, so forgetting `open` on the type becomes super trivial.

@owensd Not sure what you're getting at. Tests get special abilities that normal builds don't, as they already do for internals.
