@mjtsai Does anybody outside of Apple’s Xcode distribute .their apps in xip format? I never saw it before Xcode 8.

@mjtsai@ObjColumnist But if the application inside the .zip is signed, why also sign the package it’s in (.xip)? I don’t see the value.

@mjtsai@milend@jacobgorban I think 10.7 was the first release to support it, but I could be wrong. -
