@rbrockerhoff When double-clicking? Don't worry, alias *files* are still supported via URL bookmarks. I just don't ever use alias records.

@grynspan I sometimes run into users still having legacy resource-fork Finder aliases. I know symlinks & new URL bookmarks will work.

@rbrockerhoff NSURL.bookmarkData(withContentsOf:) converts alias files into bookmark data suitable for use with NSURL APIs.
