@mjtsai I had trouble for a while on my Mac, and it seemed related to the specific developer certificates installed.
Two weeks later, no resolution from Apple developer support, but suddenly Application Loader is letting me upload without ITMS-90049 errors.

@danielpunkass Pretty sure this was not a certificate issue, based on the specific error messages, but who knows.

@mjtsai I recently noticed the problem has gone away, and I assume it's because I got some updated certificates in a software update.
Loading seems to be taking a while.
