@mjtsai App switching, shortcuts to certain functions in an app, and especially cursor relocation.

@mjtsai All the other 3D Touch functions don't require me to find that intermediate pressure to invoke a peek without invoking a pop. -
@mjtsai Admittedly peeking is somewhat less useful for me, but I do occasionally use it. Problem is I press too hard and end up opening it.
