@rmondello I was running @rescuetime, same as @mjtsai, and quitting it fixed the issue, so it looks like his theory is correct.

@ZevEisenberg I don’t think that @mjtsai’s theory is exactly right. The CFBundleSignature causes other issues, but not this one (I think).

@mjtsai @ZevEisenberg @rescuetime Safari Technology Preview 2 changes its CFBundleSignature, which should resolve this issue.
