@mcelhearn Supposed to be 48, right? In any case, it often asks me after about 8 hours. -
@mjtsai Right, 48. Sometimes overnight and it asks me. Never on my iPhone though.

@pgor In my case, the phone is not plugged in a night, which is when this usually happens to me. -
@mjtsai Well the good news is I no longer have to rigorously test my hypothesis. :)

@mjtsai it seems to restart at night; then unlocking AND the iTunes/App Store require passwords. When there’s no iOS update it’s baffling. -
@mjtsai last night I opened a game and Game Center asked me to log in. No idea why that’s separate from all other logins and Touch ID.
