Not really in a rush except Apple told me that if I don't finish phase 2 of the update within 2 weeks, their DB fix for phase 1 will revert.
Trying to update Banking and Tax info in iTunes Connect Contact Us. Says they will reply in 3 business days. It’s been 2 weeks.

@mjtsai I had to update my physical address for my developer account a couple years ago. It took calling developer services to get it done. -
@_rbritton I've called several times about this, but they say that for this particular issue they can only help me via iTunes Connect.
