Can't quit Safari to make those http://t.co links load because Xcode is downloading.

@mjtsai don’t know. When I toggled over to use chrome by default with tweetbot, I still had it time out when it was constant a few weeks ago

@mjtsai Glad (?) to hear I’m not alone. Mashing Cmd + R repeatedly seems to fix it for 10-15 minutes, sometimes.
