@mjtsai I ran into an issue capturing from eagle filer as a result of this.
I've had 10.11 installed for 6+ hours now. Mail has been furiously downloading mail but has yet to show any new messages in main account.

@hanlon_chris Because you couldn't see the messages to select them? -
@mjtsai no they were all there but must not have been downloaded off exchange. As a result only 6 of 1240 were captured -
@hanlon_chris Normally, EF should warn you if Mail is busy downloading messages, but the safety check often fails on 10.11 due to a Mail bug -
@mjtsai Yes, that seems to be what happened. I love EagleFiler Great software I have been using for years. Keep up the great work! -
@hanlon_chris Reported the AppleScript bug back in June (21464974) but haven't heard anything since.

@mjtsai Mail in 10.11 has a new mail structure (V3) and takes forever to migrate from V2 -
@rosyna Isn’t the migration finished when the dialogue goes away? -
@mjtsai Not sure. It may do further scanning in the background (and definitely triggers a spotlight indexing) -
@rosyna Yes, sad to see that it's still using Spotlight for smart mailboxes.

@mjtsai gmail, by chance? -
@alanthonyc DreamHost. The two accounts with the most messages are working. Third smaller one is updating other mailboxes but not inbox.

-
@mjtsai@mailmateapp took about an hour to download 32k messages from@FastMailFM imap servers. Main inbox populated first afaik. -
@MadBadDangerous I'm not even sure what Mail is doing. Lots of stuff in Activity window but iStat shows almost no network activity.
