Tip: If you don’t want Arq to back up using Personal Hotspot, make sure to disable the iPhone USB connection in the Network pref pane.

@mjtsai Doesn’t the Specific Wi-fi Networks setting exclude the hotspot connection? (If not, my solution is Little Snitch’s APS)
