How can Apple know Siri's word error rate? I almost never correct Siri errors, but it makes them all the time.

@mjtsai Maybe some kind of sampling/manual review? Correcting Siri (or speech in general) has become buggier iOS 7 and 8 in any case. -
@mjtsai I wonder if they're recording the requests and doing a post-request analysis. -
@mjtsai probably via their testing and not observational results. -
