@mjtsai Yes! I managed to fix it with Develop > Empty Caches.
Radar login problem fixed by Safari's "Clear History and Website Data.” Had previously deleted all the Apple cookies, which didn't help.

@milend I didn't think it was a browser issue because it had also failed for me in Firefox, which I never use with Apple sites. -
@mjtsai I couldn't login for months with one of my accounts. Maybe they fixed it server side and cache clearing is a coincidence?
