@mjtsai The first time, yes - it has to do with deeper EA comparisons and ordering. Should only happen the first time.
@dnanian Is it normal in the new version for Smart Update to copy a lot more (10x) files the first time? Happened for both main disks.

@mjtsai No, don’t worry - you should be fine. (You can’t use the mod date, because you can’t *set* the mod date.) -
@dnanian Aha. You can "touch" it but not "set" it, right? I think I ran into that in my app a while back. Would have been nice. - View other replies
