@mhenders Several ways: different contexts, different project types, defer/due dates, flags. Takes a while to come up with a system.

@mjtsai You should blog about your system. I get far more ideas reading how others have it setup, than through the docs. -
@mhenders Yes, the best/worst part of OF is that it's so flexible. I use a not-really-GTD system that works for me. It's still evolving. -
@mjtsai For someday/maybe items, do you separate those through context, or project? -
@mhenders I have several projects of those, in rough priority order. Sequential so only one item is available, and sometimes even deferred. -

@mhenders Also, you can only reorder in projects, not contexts, so I like my projects to be of like items, not relying on contexts to group. -
