@mjtsai It was easier to see at least the future potential of iMovie 08, FCPX and Logic 7 rewrites.

@stormchild Not sure what the deal is with FCPX. I alternately read that it’s great now and that it’s so bad for pros that they switched.

@mjtsai There’s still legacy code from the early 90s in Logic. It was evolved rather than replaced, so it’s kind of the exception. -
@mjtsai Yeah, I don’t do much with video. They did gradually make Logic awesome, but that was actually more of a reskin than a rewrite.
