@mjtsai Not working for me either. Maybe bc my mac app doesn't have icloud integration? I tried http://stackoverflow.com/questions/19147885/app-store-managing-availability-of-your-apps-previous-versions … but still no luck.
Despite what the e-mail says, “Manage iCloud download settings for this app” does not seem to be available in iTunes Connect yet.
