Thanks to @OmniFocus support. Unregistering and registering my iPhone got it to compact the database and made syncing much faster.

@tofias @OmniFocus I think it usually happens automatically. But somehow my phone got into an odd state with 92 KB split across 4362 files.

@mjtsai Yeah, compacting should happen automatically. In the Mac app you can check for stale sync clients here: Prefs > Sync > Show Clients
