Michael Tsai@bbedit_hints Does “Make backup before saving” without “Keep historical backups” just do a safe save? No backup file left afterward?

@mjtsai When "Keep historical backups" is turned off, we do an Emacs-style backup file. See page 210 in the user manual. -
@bbedit Thanks. Not sure if it’s a problem with the PDF, but searching for “historical” with Preview doesn’t find anything. Works in PDFpen. -
