Starting on 10.8, “codesign -f -s -“ says "object file format is unsuitable" unless codesign_allocate (from Xcode.app) is in the PATH.

@mjtsai We had to update our build scripts to compensate for the same issue. Took a while to figure out, given the poor error documentation.
