@mjtsai I'm seeing that, but only with some apps (Skype, Mail, Twitter). Messages, iTunes ok so far.
So, surprisingly, I find multi-display support to be worse in Mavericks. Apps no longer remember which display a window was on.

@fetchguy It seems to happen for apps where I normally mix windows between displays, e.g. Mail’s Activity window on aux display.

@mjtsai Agreed. And sometimes my main external monitor randomly loses focus (menubar gets dimmed) and the focus shifts to secondary display. -
@mjtsai I am able to change iCloud Download settings for my MAS app. -
