For those of you who aren't familiar with the "unitary executive" theory—it is really hard to overstate how crassly Republicans and anti-union advocates have abandoned their commitment to a foundational principle of the modern conservative movement because they're mad at Biden.

The letter seems not to understand that the NLRB is both quasi-judicial AND executive/prosecutorial. The NLRB adjudicates cases but also brings charges and conducts investigations. Also…they got the date wrong on the letter.
