A few thoughts: 1. Schumer was quoting Kavanaugh's confirmation statement. 2. Schumer's remarks went too far, and Roberts' condemnation is appropriate. 3. Roberts said nothing when Trump attacked RBG and Sotomayor last week. https://twitter.com/GregStohr/status/1235323547909791752 …pic.twitter.com/71Onj0PXTU

So you can't distinguish between talking about something beyond an individual's control he believes is bad for the country and something intended to imply harm. And you don't know your culture.

President @realDonaldTrump did not attack RBG or Ginsburg, he replied to THEIR comments showing their bias. Please tell the truth.

In light of 1 & 3, 2 is not appropriate. If Roberts was so concerned about justice, he'd never have allowed Judge Drinky McRapesALot on the court. So... Roberts can GTFOOHWTBS.

Those comments were preposterous. The attack on Sotomayor & RBG, though, was qualitatively different, I think. He said they should recuse from Trump-related cases. That's ridiculous, but it's not a threat.

Whatever. Gorsuch and Kavanaugh are fruits of countless crimes and are fundamentally illegitimate. They need to be disgorged.

NARRATOR: Schumer hardly went "too far". What he said was nothing more than a mild rebuke and cautionary note

Only Schumer physically accosting Roberts ... ☝ 😂 ✋ ... would be too far. I laugh only bc the thought of two old guys throwing breath mints at each other was.. well 🤷
