The same reason Laurence Tribe and Norma Cantu are? Doesn't the site list everyone who has participated in an archived program? (Kobach appears to have done one since 2010.) Would you prefer they airbrush history?

I pointed out the most likely reason for the position. I don't support airbrushing history. NR shouldn't remove awful stuff from its archives either. And my views of Kobach are well-established. Have a nice day.

Oh, come on. If they took Kobach’s name off, you’d be screeching about an attempted cover-up, of course, and claiming they were trying to hide the fact that he was once invited to a FedSoc event.

But FedSoc creates pages for lots of speakers. See, e.g., this one for Ian Millhiser, who's certainly no FedSoc supporter. https://fedsoc.org/contributors/ian-millhiser … The existence of these pages doesn't constitute an implicit imprimatur. Conway is right—there's nothing disturbing about this.

For whatever reason, you are unwilling to give up your mistaken premise. Being listed as a "contributor" -- as the word itself indicates -- means that one contributed to a Fed Soc program (and that is how the site's architecture works). It really is that simple.

I think when you have MJS, Jonathan Adler, and George Conway all in agreement on something law-related, it is time to give up the fight.
