This whole Rapp disaster made me admit that GG MUST keep going, cuz once again NOT ONE mainstream journo is doing their job. @kainedamo

@mjanetmars The amount of disinformation from media on Alison Rapp firing is insane. GG is both a necessity and convenient scapegoat.

SPJ has told journalists to "be ethical" for decades. Corruption still happens. That's why CONSUMERS must be observant. @LunarPandorium

@mjanetmars Nothing was accomplished with the first one that I can think of. You think "SPJ, maybe we should listen" but same old, same old.

If GG will continue, people should stop getting themselves derailed by rah-rah-ism; actually THINK what they're doing for the industry.

For the nth time, the SPJ has no influence on the industry. *Consumers* do, since they're the ones giving/taking clicks from publications.

I don't even know why people went with a SECOND AirPlay event when the first one was so underwhelming. But hey, ain't my time or money…
