The Council's lawyer expects to receive the unredacted report by Nov. 1. The committee will receive the report at the same time. The Council's secretary will review the report, and make any redactions before public release.

The Council's lawyer, Nicole Streeter, says some people who the firm sought to interview did not cooperate, presumably they invoked their 5th amendment right to avoid self-incrimination.
