Here is the link in question: https://youtu.be/ZTGgRiTL41U Just to let you know, I wasn't planning to monetize the video in the first place, since it's not at all my content to begin with.
@TeamYouTube I've uploaded a full album (not mine, though I did mention fair use) for people to listen to, and I got nine copyright claims, but no viewing restrictions. That's not the problem; the problem is that it says the video is not available for people to watch/listen to.pic.twitter.com/FTZpmwHhc7

Also, it doesn't say "This video contains content from WMG, who has blocked this video in your country on copyright grounds." It just days "This video is not available."

Thanks for reaching out. While we can't share specifics, you can refer to our Help Center article on how Content ID works which might give you more insight: https://goo.gl/GCcvVJ . Hope this helps.

I've uploaded other albums/compilations containing multiple copyrighted tracks, and the videos have never been blocked, taken down, or seen as "not available." It seems that other people are experiencing the problem as well.https://www.reddit.com/r/youtube/comments/8tu1ad/video_is_not_available_but_viewing_restrictions/?utm_source=reddit-android …
