SFPD doesn’t give a s because they arrest the person,

This is a tactic SFPD uses to torch DA's they view as unfriendly. Delay or slow down their work and then point to the DA as to why they wont do anything. Regardless of who the DA is they should still be doing their jobs and enforcing the law.
