I have read j Krishnamurti, gurdjieff, ouspensky n other enlightened masters but the way osho spoke was so unique and effective.

Quite possible. Only common thing about lot of people i know who respond to Osho this way is a certain opneness about everything in life.
-
Indeed. The people we respond to & admire the most are often our type, more integrated and evolved. Osho was by far the most developed ENFP.
