This is also one of the factors that makes older people happier than younger. They've trained that muscle and get to exercise it more often.

Disagree, they're just tired of thinking... it's exhausting. Return to infancy. I dont think most ppl learn to train the brain.

1. Self-reflection is not thinking 2. Cognitive skill declines w/age but thinking is automatic, you can't give it up b/c you're tired of it.

5. Anyone at least 5 yrs older is more experienced than you at life. Can't quantify life experience, to dismiss it though is foolish.
