5/ The problem is that when you are identified with the content you allow it to dictate your actions. This creates an imprisonment loop.

6/ Find other ways to get in touch of your being. Leave the thoughts for awhile. Go for a walk. Observe nature. Forget yourself.

7/ If you can create that space within you, then you will find the resources, the intelligence, and the will to deal with the thoughts.

8/ You need to create a space, a distance, between you and the thoughts. Don't obsess over them. Whenever they come, create space.
