5/Instead of yr favorite podcast on your earbuds put some cotton balls in your ears during your commute. Observe how you think & feel.

6/When you consistently use earbuds you limit your sense perception & activate the brain into a conditioned response (think Pavlov's dogs).

Contrary, I use White noise for working out. Less external adrenaline, the better. Earbuds to block out BS music at gym.
