He admits he is biased and makes no qualms about it. That's admirable. Trump will never satisfy his criteria though. Different animals.

It's just that in this case, it seems to me all the negative emotions is making it harder to understand the truth.

Definitely. Both Harris and Adams want to get to the truth, but from different angles. Adams' take sheds more light.

This does not mean that the potential dangers of Trump's presidency, of which Harris warns, are not a possibility.
