Being conscious of death is a given. Becoming conscious of your built in fear of death, of which all fears are merely an echo of, is not.

Therefore the more you inquire into the nature of the fear of death, you are also inquiring into your own nature as a human.

Inquire into the fear of death & you also inquire into your attachment to life and realize that love & death are 2 sides of the same coin.

You can't have one without the other. You can't have life without death. And then you'll see that fear of death is actually fear of life.
