Ignoring your emotions is self-abuse. Your conscience takes a hit. Guilt, shame, and self-pity follow. Never justified & never ends well.
You must have learned this from somewhere. Parents, friends.. You weren't born judging yourself, it's just a pattern you picked up.

Try to understand the source of the judgement and why you do it. What motivates you to judge. The intention is good, the method is lacking.
