Often there are many layers to what we feel and why that is so. The rabbit hole is deep. Be patient and address them when they come up.

We only judge what we do not understand. To understand yourself is the first order of priority in order to be effective at anything.

This makes sense to me. "Understand not judge." I am, pretty much my harshest critic. Judgement is almost automatic.

Criticism is necessary for improvement but judgement stands in the way; you stand apart from yourself and thus are disempowered.
