People love to identify with the self-improvement ethos, but how many are actually living it? You know the answer as well as I do.

Those who are living it are mostly silent because they are busy putting it into action and gaining insights from their path.

When they do share something with others it is an individual perspective, and that is the sign they've been actually "self-improving".
