They become stiff in manners and rigid in composure—"all about business" but to what end? How can they know the value of Work without Play?

Men should embrace their masculinity as it manifests itself in them, not as it is dictated by family, friends, girlfriends or society.

Play is a spontaneous expression of interest; a sign that the child has transitioned successfully into an adult and not simply left behind.

Play is complementary to Work, and for creative adults absolutely necessary; Writing, Dancing, Music—all Arts require some form of Play.

There is a very good reason we call it "Playing Music" and not "Doing Music" or "Working Music". Musicians Work in order to Play.

Play is a basic human need and it is not addressed as often as required in adults. Long term, this results in mental and physical problems.

Play is the source of Humor, the source of authentic human bonds, the easiest means of discovering one's unique personality and traits.

Play is NOT passive distraction; Play is active participation in an activity that celebrates one's spirit, individuality and humanity.

Play is engaging in an activity for no other purpose than to delight in it, to enjoy it, to appreciate one's existence through it.

Play is a human trait & value unto itself; it serves the individual first, it is borne of individuality and expresses individuality.

Do not neglect Play; grow it & invest in it as you grow & invest in your Work and let them collaborate & grow YOU to even greater heights.
