The most fulfilled people I know share one common trait: they are all invested in the growth and wellbeing of at least one other person, e.g. they have skin the game of others. Why? Because by doing so the upside of your own growth as an individual is decidedly enhanced.

What are some examples of this? One example I can think of is vouching for character/performance when introducing someone else to others, but I am not sure if this is what you mean. I’m thinking you have SITG because you win/lose credibility based on the person you vouch for.
