With Ne taking precedence the default is to prioritise the potential of a new and different value in the objective sphere over the already established subjective one. In championing other's values we are in fact expressing part of our own.

Although I did have such a period in my early twenties, for at least 2 or 3 years when Fi was really coming into its own. So I know roughly what you're saying.
