    UPDATE: Milley just came back down. Says he just got off the phone with Gen. Mckenzie of - bottom line is letter was a mistake - it was a draft letter that got sent around for coordination purposes. But there is no US troop movement out of Iraq.

    The facts on this are still murky - Esper did not explicitly say that the letter itself was a fake. However he strongly denied that the US is pulling troops out of Iraq.

    Seeing lots on Iran abandoning JCPOA. To best of my knowledge, it has not. Measures fall under Para 36 of JCPOA. Enrichment will be in line with "practical needs"; IAEA coop intact; and like prior steps, restrictions will be reimplemented once E3/EU adheres to committments.
