    Thanks I specifically ordered large items over phone with you as I needed to arrange delivery in a smaller Luton type vehicle as 7.5tonne lorries cannot fit up our rd. I was assured this would happen. A month on, delivery day & a 7.5 tonne truck shows up.

    Seriously been let down this time using while selling & buying our properties. Consistently let down by the agent assigned to our cases. No replies all bookings are missed lagging way behind in chain. Failure to respond to emails & calls.This is NOT worth paying for.

    Massive let down & sheer disappointment from the lies told to me on TWO separate occasions this week by customer service team regarding an order I was guaranteed for delivery today. They prevented me cancelling it because of this, yet it IS still out of stock!

    We must remember is all of this that while there is a temptation to make Cummings the absolute villain, Boris Johnson and the cabinet are in charge, how they handle this is what matters. Do they care more about us or themselves?
