I do have received an e-mail. I cannot find the claim on my phone yet and in that same idea have not disreputed the latest claim. I had one before that had solved itself after a week, receiving one e-mail there was a claim and a follow up e-mail that the claim was not legit.

Thanks for all the details. Since you believe that the claim is invalid, please appeal for a second look. Also, if you're unable to dispute using the phone, try doing it from the Video manager. Hope this helps.
