My interpretation is that he was just looking to solicit feedback, not engage in conversation about the merits of that feedback -- so the reply was likely meant as a quick acknowledgement that the feedback had been received, since you hadn't gotten that previously.
I gave feedback countless times past few months, never a single reply. When a streamer with 5k+ twitter followers tweets him, he ALWAYS replies.

I understand your frustration. It can be frustrating when you feel like you aren't being heard or acknowledged, especially when others are. On the bright side, I can definitely see you making it to the point that you always get a reply, too. :-)

@officialmcafee with 1 million followers always replies to smaller twitter accounts. He has nothing to do with this subject but just an example of how nice famous people can be! Respect!
