On hsreplay it’s tier 4 but in my opinion it’s tier 1. I explained it in the video.

Thx for the YT content to Nomi Priest. I've crafted Nomi already so I invested dust in the missing cards and as far as I can say-no regrets! In this Rogue & Warrior meta this deck feels 'fresh' and it makes fun, although it's hard to pilot.
