My grandpa used to tell me stories about liberating the camp. Not Auschwitz but Mauthausen. RIP Grandpa.

I visited Mauthausen 9 years ago, being there on that site was hard enough, I never actually managed to tour the camp, I couldn't bring myself to do it, watching the documentary before the tour was hard enough.

Visiting Auschwitz in Poland is one of those things that I think every single person needs to do, at least once in their lifetime.
